A series of leaks, dubbed Court Secrets, exposes the ICC’s first prosecutor, Luis Moreno Ocampo, taking money from war lord financiers and hiding cash in secret accounts in tax havens. Beyond the corruption and incompetence, Alex examines why the ICC is known as a “kangaroo” court. He also shows that the current cabal running it is hoping to prosecute Americans, even though the U.S. government never joined it.
