German Politician Fined for Citing Afghan Rape Stats

The Stasi-like campaign against German conservatives who oppose mass immigration intensified recently with a court ruling that upheld a massive fine against a politician with the populist Alternative for Germany party.

Her crime: Citing statistics and pointing to the truth that rape by Afghans is out of control.

The nearly $6,500 fine regardless, Marie-Thérèse Kaiser merely said aloud, or at least on social media, what everyday Germans see with their lying eyes. The mass influx of unvetted Afghans imperils the nation’s women, just as they do elsewhere, including the United States.

The Fine

Kaiser, an AfD leader from Rotenburg, 65 miles south of Bremerhaven on the North Sea, was convicted of inciting hatred against local Afghans.

The European Conservative republished an account from Junge Freiheit (Young Freedom). “For this, the politician now has to pay 100 day fines (a type of fine related to daily income of the convicted) plus a fine of €60, a total of €6,000,” the website reported:

In Germany, you are considered to have a criminal record if you are sentenced to pay more than 90 day fines.

The charge was based on a post that Kaiser had spread on her social media accounts in August 2021. In it, she wrote: “Afghanistan refugees; Hamburg SPD mayor for ‘unbureaucratic’ acceptance; Welcoming culture for gang rape?”

Among other things, the politician linked to an article showing that Afghans in Germany are particularly heavily involved in gang rape.

Kaiser wrote the posts because Hamburg’s First Mayor, Social Democrat Peter Tschentscher, decided it would be a bright idea to import 200 Afghan “workers” to the once-great city, which Britain and American bombers pulverized during World War II in 1943. She “warned of rapes by ‘culturally alien masses.’”

“The mere mention of numbers, data, and facts is to be declared a criminal offense simply because the establishment refuses to accept reality,” Kaiser said. “I won’t let myself be silenced.”

That won’t fly in the German courts, the website continued. “Those who attack human dignity cannot invoke freedom of speech,” the judge said. And Kaiser purposely held Afghans up to ridicule.

Kaiser, who said the decision shook her trust trust in German law, will appeal the ruling, she told Junge Freiheit

The whole world is astonished by this decision by the German courts. After even Elon Musk picked up on my case, I have received numerous messages of support and press inquiries. The demand for a way to donate is also becoming louder and louder.

Musk asked the obvious question on X:

Are you saying the fine was for repeating accurate government statistics?

Was there anything inaccurate in what she said?

Answer: Apparently not.

Government crime data posted to X after Kaiser’s appeal failed show that Afghans — whether “migrants” or “refugees” is unclear — are not a major crime problem in Germany.

As rapes go, as of 2023 the rate for Afghans per 100,000 inhabitants of Germany is 80. The rate for Germans is eight. As general crime goes, the rate for Afghans is 14,557 versus 1,842 for Germans.

On New Year’s Eve 2015-2016, Arabs and North Africans rampaged across more than a dozen German cities sexually assaulting or otherwise raping women.

Afghan Crime Elsewhere and Here

Afghan rape has been major problem for European women for some time. As The New American reported in 2021 when President Joe Biden began importing Afghan refugees one planeload after another, The National Interest explained the problem in neighboring Austria.

In 2017, Cheryl Bernard detailed the “vicious, no-preamble attacks on random girls and women, often committed by gangs or packs of young men.” And those gang rapes “were being committed by refugees of one particular nationality: by Afghans.”

Afghans committed “sex crimes to a much greater extent than other refugees,” she wrote, including “the brutal gang rape of a fifteen-year-old girl, snatched from the street on her way home, dragged away and serially abused by Afghan refugees.”

“And that was just one in a string of outrage-inducing occurrences, all of them going to the account of Afghans,” Bernard continued. “Type two words into Google — Afghane and Vergewaltigung — and a cornucopia of appalling incidents unfolds before you.”

At the time, Afghans committed half the sex assaults in Austria. And the story was much the same elsewhere, Bernard wrote. In Sweden, Afghans kidnapped and gang-raped a boy.

The Afghans “are motivated by a deep and abiding contempt for Western civilization,” she wrote, citing an Afghan friend and court translator. “Europeans are the enemy, and their women are legitimate spoils.”

And frighteningly enough, Biden imported thousands after his disastrous withdrawal from the country despite those facts, with which U.S. intelligence agencies were most certainly familiar.

Almost immediately upon arriving here, Afghan “refugees” began a wave of sex attacks. They were accused of at least three such crimes in Wisconsin and more in Virginia, Montana, and New Mexico.

Such was the problem among the 13,000 Afghans packed to the rafters of Fort McCoy in Wisconsin that the Army dispatched “gender and protection advisers” to get the Afghan men under control.

“Everyday there’s calls for domestic violence, mediation, trying to get victims to a safe place, coordination with law enforcement such as the FBI, the military police, and other agencies, child abuse, nutrition, and marriage,” an Army official told the Wisconsin State Journal.
