At the eleventh hour Wednesday night, FBI Director Christopher Wray relented and said he would allow James Comer and the Oversight Committee access to the now infamous FD-1023 document. Sources indicate that the document will be redacted, but it doesn’t matter. Redacted, unredacted, partially redacted, the document will merely substantiate information Comer’s committee already has.

And that information is damning. On May 10, NTD News summarized what the committee already knows and what the document, even if it is redacted to hide some of the information, will affirm:

Banking and other records made public Wednesday by House Committee on Oversight and Accountability Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) depict a complex money laundering scheme involving millions of dollars, many from foreign countries, given to President Joe Biden and nearly a dozen members of his family.

In a memorandum summarizing findings to date of the House Committee on Oversight and Accountability, chaired by Comer (R-Ky.), investigators described examining thousands of bank records and legal documents depicting nearly two dozen Limited Liability Corporations (LLCs) established by Biden family members to receive payments from private clients, corporations, and foreign governments, including China and Romania.

“Biden family members and business associates created a web of over 20 companies—most were limited liability companies formed during Joe Biden’s vice presidency,” the memorandum said. “Bank records show the Biden family, their business associates, and their companies received over $10 million from foreign nationals’ companies. The Committee has identified payments to Biden family members from foreign companies while Joe Biden served as Vice President and after he left public office.”

Some sources claim it was only $5 million. Others suggest that the Biden family sold America out to her enemies for a heftier $30 million.

One dollar is enough, according to the Constitution: “Treason against the United States shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.”

In exchange for the mess of pottage, foreign nationals were granted access to, and allowed to influence, policy decisions at the highest level of the U.S. government.

Comer celebrated:

After weeks of refusing to even admit the FD-1023 record exists, the FBI has caved and is now allowing all members of the Oversight and Accountability Committee to review this unclassified record that memorializes a confidential human source’s conversations with a foreign national who claimed to have bribed then-Vice President Joe Biden.

However, he then promised more than he and his committee will be able to deliver:

Americans have lost trust in the FBI’s ability to enforce the law impartially and demand answers, transparency, and accountability.

Allowing all Oversight Committee members to review this record is an important step toward conducting oversight of the FBI and holding it accountable to the American people.

The FBI is under the jurisdiction of the Department of Justice. Both Director Wray and Attorney General Merrick Garland are part of the Deep State. They will cover for each other.

Even if Comer’s committee were to read the infamous FD-1023 and conclude that the FBI failed in its duty to protect the American people, it would be powerless to effect any substantial change, as charges brought against Wray would disappear at the DOJ under Garland.

Attempting to defund or dismantle the FBI would not deter the Deep State’s ability to use it as a weapon against conservatives, because the House itself would have to pass such legislation. There are so few truly constitutionalist Americanists in the House that any attempt to remove the corruption by rearranging its chairs or cutting some of its funding is unlikely, in this writer’s opinion, to make any difference.

The solution lies with a well-informed electorate that sees the corruption and recognizes its responsibility to replace traitors with patriots at the ballot box. Until that happens, the much ado over the irrelevant FD-1023 form will continue, putting off the day when the treason being committed by the resident of the White House won’t matter anymore.
