Republican leaders in Arizona are calling for a forensic audit of the Dominion voting software and equipment in Maricopa County.

The call came in the form of a joint press release from Senate President Karen Fann and Speaker of the House Rusty Bowers, along with Senate Government Chair Michelle Ugenti-Rita and House Majority Leader Warren Petersen. Their statement referenced numerous phone calls with members of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors.”

This comes after a revealing hearing before Arizona Republican lawmakers on Monday in which the Trump teams presented evidence of voter fraud, which prompted State Representative Mark Finchem (R-Oro Valley) to issue a call to withhold the state’s Electoral College votes for Joe Biden because “there is enough significant evidence of fraud to invalidate the state’s votes.”

“As a longtime advocate for improving and modernizing our election system, I am pleased to learn that Maricopa County Board of Supervisors is supportive of conducting an independent audit of their voting software and equipment,” said Ugenti-Rita in the Friday press release. “It is important we maintain all of the voting public’s confidence in or elections and this is a positive first step in the right direction.”

“A significant number of voters believe that fraud occurred and with the number of irregularities it is easy to understand why,” Petersen was quoted as saying. “Especially concerning are the allegations made surrounding the vendor Dominion. It is imperative that the County immediately do a forensic audit on the Dominion software and equipment to make sure the results were accurate.”

President Trump shared the statement and thanked the Republican leaders on Twitter, expressing confidence that a verification of signatures will discount enough fraudulent votes to give him a win in the state.

The five-member Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, which has four Republicans, unanimously certified the county’s results on November 20.

At the time, Chairman Clint Hickman said that “In a free democracy elections result in some people’s candidates losing. I was disappointed in the outcome of a couple races and I was extremely happy with the outcome in others. But I’m not going to violate the law or deviate from my own moral compass as some have pushed me to do.”

Nevertheless, Supervisor Steve Chucri told KTAR News 92.3 FM’s The Mike Broomhead Show that he’s willing to have a third party audit the county’s tabulation machines.

“Let’s get all the concerns from both sides, Republicans and Democrats, answered and make sure that everyone feels has a higher level of confidence in our election system,” he said.

KTAR reports:

Despite continued pressure from surrogates of President Donald Trump, Republican Arizona House Speaker Rusty Bowers said Friday the state Legislature cannot and will not overturn the certified Nov. 3 election results.

Each of the four represent districts that are located fully or partially in Maricopa County, and they all handily won reelection on the equipment they are questioning. Additionally, Republican Stephen Richer, a political newcomer, unseated Maricopa County’s top elections official, Recorder Adrian Fontes.

“Especially concerning are the allegations made surrounding the vendor Dominion,” Petersen said in the release. “It is imperative that the county immediately do a forensic audit on the Dominion software and equipment to make sure the results were accurate.”

Dominion voting technology was used in more than 30 states, including the swing states of Michigan, Pennsylvania, Arizona, Georgia, and Wisconsin.

The Trump team has claimed that Dominion machines were used to manipulate votes in order to hand Joe Biden a win in key precincts.

Lieutenant General Thomas McInerney, an illustrious retired Air Force officer who served at high levels under the secretary of defense and the vice president and who is a close friend of former Trump national security adviser Mike Flynn, recently claimed that U.S. Special Forces obtained Dominion servers during the raid of a CIA facility in Frankfurt, Germany.

These servers, which were allegedly in the possession of the CIA, are reportedly being analyzed for the evidence of voter fraud they contained.

Considering the apparent complicity of the CIA in the coup carried out in this election, it’s no surprise that the agency’s director, Gina Haspell, is worried that her head will be on the chopping block next as the president replaces swamp creatures with patriots and loyalists.

JFK is reported to have said that he wanted to splinter the CIA into a thousand pieces and scatter it into the winds. It’s far past time that President Trump rein in the Deep State’s praetorian guard.
