Border Patrol Union Under Fire

National correspondent Andy Ramirez of the Liberty News Network stepped up his criticism of the National Border Patrol Council (NBPC) labor union on several fronts in a new video report released over the weekend (below), addressing multiple issues including the case of jailed Border Patrol agent Jesus Diaz, Jr. and some of the union’s shortcomings.

Two U.S. Border Patrol agents in southern Arizona were killed in the line of duty after a freight train struck the SUV they were traveling in, reported national correspondent Andy Ramirez of the Liberty News Network. (Watch video below.)

At least one high-level union official is being accused of “sabotaging” jailed Border Patrol agent Jesus Diaz’s case by making controversial public statements even as the union has essentially abandoned its dues-paying former member, national correspondent Andy Ramirez of the Liberty News Network reported (video below).

In a new video report featuring another exclusive interview with the former agent‘s wife, Diana, Ramirez blasted the union’s behavior and appealed for concerned citizens to get involved. Diana is also asking for help.

Feds Prosecuted U.S. Border Agent for Mexico

The Obama administration improperly prosecuted an American Border Patrol agent at the behest of the Mexican government, national correspondent Andy Ramirez of the Liberty News Network said in an exclusive video report. He also had an exclusive interview with the jailed agent’s wife, Diana (picture, left), who lamented the fact that his six children may not have their father around for 10 years.

As details continue to emerge in the ongoing investigation into the murder of Border Patrol agent Brian Terry (picture, left) in Arizona late last year, more questions and suspicions are being raised as well, reports Liberty News Network national correspondent Andy Ramirez.

Border Patrol Agent Killed, Four Arrested So Far

Four people have been arrested in connection with the death of a U.S. Border Patrol agent who died this morning after a late-night shootout close to the Mexican border, officials said. At least one other suspect was still on the loose.

US May Lift Entry Ban on HIV Patients

But with President Barack Obama’s support, the ban will likely expire soon, with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) taking public comments until August 17. The department of Health and Human Services (HHS) will then make the final decision.
