In a very short time the people of Wisconsin will have to decide whether or not they want their state to be ruled by the goon squads of public employee unions or their elected representatives.

For years now environmentalists have been calling the shots when it comes to energy development in the United States. That’s why we don’t drill for oil where we know it exists in Alaska. That’s why an oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico has brought oil drilling in the Gulf to a standstill. In fact, President Obama has announced that oil is the fuel of the past without telling us what exactly is the fuel of the future.

Saul Alinsky was a radical revolutionary who taught other radical revolutionaries that the only way to achieve power in the United States is by stealth and deception. He said that Americans would never tolerate a Russian or Cuban style violent revolution and that the only way to impose socialism on America would be by not calling it socialism.

Judging from the behavior of public employee union members in Wisconsin, they believe they have the right to dictate to the government what their benefits ought to be and dictate to the taxpayer how much they should be paid. And if they don’t get what they want, they will vandalize the state Capitol and send death threats to those legislators who voted to curtail their power.

Hillary Rodham, born in 1947 and raised in a United Methodist Republican family in middle-class Park Ridge, Illinois, first met radical revolutionary Saul Alinsky as a teenager. She had been introduced to him at a church outing by her liberal youth minister, Don Jones, who greatly admired Alinsky. Jones, 26, a U.S. Navy veteran, would become the most important teacher in Hillary’s life before college.

If you want to be able to understand Obama, our Community Organizer-in-Chief, you have to read Saul Alinsky’s two books, Rules for Radicals and Reveille for Radicals, which Obama read and obviously absorbed. Otherwise, you won’t have a clue as to what he means by his words and actions. Those two books contain the basics of Alinsky’s ideas of revolutionary radicalism which Obama spent several years learning.

Most of the subscribers to Harvard Magazine are alumni of Harvard University, a vast body of elite liberals, many of whom work for liberal causes, and some of whom, including a former president of Harvard, work or have worked in the Obama administration. Let us not forget that Obama himself is a Harvard alumnus. Yes, there are some conservatives among the Harvard alumni, which does not detract from the well-known fact that Harvard is a very liberal institution, deriving its political liberalism from its Unitarian philosophical foundation.

Many atheists will tell you that they would believe in the existence of God if only He would perform a miracle that they could see before their own eyes. Then, and only then, would they believe that God exists. But until then, they will believe in evolution as the way in which all of living matter came into being.

If you watched the Oscar awards as I did, you might have been awed by this assemblage of the world’s most talented actors, film directors, producers, cinematographers, set and costume designers, story tellers, composers, creators of special effects all concentrated in a small area of Southern California known as Hollywood. The impact this cultural powerhouse has on the rest of the world is what has made America the magnet for the talented and ambitious.

As we all know, Bill Gates and his wife Melinda have established a charitable foundation that will spend billions of dollars trying to improve American education. But despite all their good intentions, they will fail. Why? Because they really don’t understand why American education is failing so miserably.
