Questions About Your Subscription?

We are frequently asked:

1. I just subscribed. When will I get my first issue?

Answer: Your first issue of The New American should arrive in about 3 to 6 weeks from the day you subscribed, depending on when your payment and subscription was processed.

2. When does my subscription expire?

The mailing label on the cover of each issue you receive in the mail contains the date on which your subscription ends. To find this information, look at the first line of the mailing label. The fourth block of information on the first line contains the day, month, and year that your subscription expires.

3. When will my change of address take effect?

The U.S. Postal Service does not automatically forward subscriptions of The New American to new addresses. To make sure you continue to receive your subscription when you move, please alert The New American of changes to your address at least 3 weeks before the change occurs. Processing the change may take from 3 to 6 weeks.
