It turns out the fake law-enforcement vehicles came from a mysterious company called American Police Force, now known as American Private Police Force (APPF). It had recently negotiated a contract with local authorities to fill a $27 million prison that has been unused so far, a prison that briefly received national attention when it was suggested as a location for Guantanamo detainees.

This is a GEO (Wackenhut) and KBR (Halliburton) joint venture: CPI It blows my mind how a couple of dedicated pajamahadeen could figure this out within days of hearing aboutit, whereas all the mainstream media could do was shrug and say "mysterious" or "possibly fraudulent." Proof the MSM is useless and deserves to die. It's not a scam, and it's not a Blackwater/Xe front operation. APF is a shell company that allows a handful of transnational corporations to hide in the shadows. Here's the Serbian connection: Civilian Police Force International is run out of Kosovo. Ultimate goal: International system of private, for profit military and prisions. An international MORAL HAZARD, in other words. That Two Rivers prision appears to be on Crow land tells me it's a Constitution free-zone, like Gitmo. Considering the town was trying to bring in Gitmo detainees, this makes sense. So here's your American Gitmo, folks! If this bothers you, don't let this story die. Sink your teeth in and don't let go. |

The Serbian Connection Has To Be SCP or CPI How do we know this guy here is even Micheal Hilton at all? If he uses fake alias names you can't really ID him unless you have fingerprints to compare. He could be a Serbian general or the King of Timbuktu for all I know. I'm not sold on the mugshot- inconsistencies with the line directly below the chin. I have the most original posts on this story of any blogger in the world right now. |

What American cops drive Mercedes patrol cars? Suspicious? Absolutely, that's putting it mildly. Cities and states are broke. Shell companies abound everywhere, with a labyrinth of layers (like Hillary's first stab at healthcare). Like everything else the Insiders are bombarding us with, this bears close watching. ConcernedMontanan, please keep us posted. |

... Is this our "New Model Army?" I strongly suspect that there is more to this story than just a scam artist from Montenegro hoodwinking the "leadership" of the backwoods town of Hardin, Montana. |

The backstory on APF and Hardin -- I strongly suspect that there is more to this story than just a scam artist from Montenegro hoodwinking the "leadership" of the backwoods town of Hardin, Montana. Here are some relevant details: http://freedominourtime.blogspot.com/2009/10/hardin-saga-waiting-for-punchline.html |

When suspicious looking Mercedes SUVs sporting City of Hardin Police Department decals rolled into a small Montana town called Hardin, some residents became alarmed. The town doesn’t actually have a police force.
